Awards Night planning and volunteer schedule – setup is at noon – need second volunteer for the sign-in table 3:30-5:30 – 275 attendees so far – dinner at 6:30 – Calendars printed – CK will drop off at Bike show and local shops when picking up prizes on coast- and bring to awards. –Damien will bring PNWMA flags to awards in Kamloops after bike show… |

Point alignment with other race series: – some favourable response to this in the email thread – Ken suggests we actually check the metrics to see how this change would have affected the last few years results, to see if it even creates different results. – discussion on informing racers and having a poll. – plan is for Brian to get something together by email for everyone getting informed and we can vote on it March 18th, we could implement it this season if desired. |
