- Put together a set of rules and standards for younger classes Courses to support “C” & “D” riders.

- Reviewed letter that was sent out Clubs for feedback and interest.
- We have had good feedback to idea, several clubs that don’t hold races in the PNWMA Race are interested in holding events. Stay tuned for more details.
- Working on time lengths of the each classes…
- Motion on the Floor … Sarah 5 new classes with cut off times 60 min for “D” course and 1.5hr “C” course…. Score on the same format as A & B Racers. Exception is no DNFS after one lap.

- PNWMA recognizes it a lot of extra work, but it will payoff for sure.

CXCC details
- 3 races in Alberta; 3 races in BC; still confirming one event
- Name of event is under review.
- Rules and scoring will be the same as previous year’s event.
- CXCC Race needs funding for Winners trophies. Currently looking for Sponsors to support. Chrisma will ask around ASAP

Promotions, including racer involvement including race preparation and assistance.
- Kids event is the focus for 2022

Covid
- Covid waiver must be signed
- Covid safety plan is posted on PNWMA webpage
- Currently minimal restrictions for outdoor events
- This will be an important piece of the event plan
