4) Awards and Bike show
– Schedule will be updated and sent out. Good coverage for entire show
– Banners, trophies, jackets coming along good. Venue set
– New electric KTM bike will be in our booth
5) Rule changes: Review of Changes (Attached) Work points capped at 15, cut-off times and how to properly address the growing need for flexibility, Introduction of a third Women’s class, general clean up
– Rules cleaned up and ready for reposting on PN site
– Three women’s class starting in 2020… Women’s Expert (A course), Women’s Intermediate (B course), Women’s Amateur (B course)
– Cut off times are addressed rules package
– Work points are capped at 15
6) Promation National and CXCC-W updates – Schedule Attached
– BC races …Big Kahona & silver star will be the cxcc-w race for 2020
– Alberta races… Resurrection & The Dirty Moose will be the cxcc-w race for 2020
– Jason S. is working on Sponsorship package, more details to follow.
Promation National, winners of the cxcc events will get point towards qualifying for the Corduroy. Hooser will transport bike to the Ontario, leaving Silverstar Sunday. The Corduroy starts the Thursday after silver star.
Chewel’s race date possible September 27, 2020, stay tuned.
7) New business
– Possible 509 gear sponsorship for the series in 2020. More details to follow.
